Derry’s Cottage is a 400 year old thatched cottage sleeping 5 situated on the bank of the River Yealm in the idyllic village of Newton Ferrers, South Devon. It is one of the few thatched cottages left in the village and offers spectacular views up and down the estuary, has excellent pubs a short walk away and some of Devon’s most beautiful beaches within the local area.
