Nearby are several fantastic beaches such as Mothercombe and Bigbury.  Dartmoor is easily accessible and the famous Sparkwell Zoo a short drive away.  The area boosts fantastic food and drink with several award winning restaurants in the surrounding area and fabulous farm shops just a few miles away.  Plymouth, which is only a short drive away, has a wide variety of shops and attractions including the Hoe and the Plymouth Sound as well as a number of great fish restaurants.  The picturesque town of Dartmouth is also within easy reach with its historic quayside and fantastic restaurants.
